Activation Lock

OMG !!! I'm really sad now. For some reasons Apple locked my iCloud Account and they said I need to wait 10 days to reset my password and I don't think they need that much time to verify my identity. "Activation lock" is the most helpless thing I've ever experienced. I have a phone purchased for $1000 and I couldn't use it for more than a week. What if this happens to you guys ?!? 😭😭 They did it with my MacBook Pro 2017 this early year too. I'm really disappointed 😞

Please give me an advise

Apple will do these things if you fail to log in or verify correctly. The device is irrelevant.

You may feel my advice is irrelevant too but this all boils down to correctly entering your log in or verification details. The problem will not occur if you log in correctly.

I have asked the hosts to do it. The reason you may not have received an immediate answer is because the forums rely on someone looking in at the time you post and with the answer you require. Some posts have been known to go unanswered for some time.
