Apple Music

Hello, I got a new phone yesterday and I am wanting to download all my music back onto my phone, but when I hit the little download sign, it pops but with the message: "This device cannot be transferred; This device must be linked to your Apple ID to play content linked offline. This device is already link and cannot be transferred for 29 days, and I just want my music downloaded. anybody can help?
