What is meaning of 'Pending' in iTunes purchase history ?

I have purchased this songs around 1 week ago, But instead of showing purchases date it showing 'Pending'
Why ?
Songs are perfectly downloaded and I'm enjoying it, But also curious about this.

I have recently updated my Bank Passbook, There is no any entry printed about this, Why ?
Is this songs are FREE for me 😂😂😂
