Deleted wrong disk and now I’m stuck on utilities

A couple of mouths ago I accidentally deleted the worng disk (Macintosh I think it was) and not I cant get of the utilites and I can’t get the disk back. Getting my data back is not needed, I Just want to be able to use my Mac again.

Hey rhysfrombolton,

If I understand correctly, you deleted the wrong disk and now you're stuck in Disk Utility. It sounds like your Mac is currently in macOS Recovery. Please click the red close button at the top-left corner of the Disk Utility window to quit the program. Next, use these steps to reinstall macOS using macOS Recovery:
