How can i restore my photos that are deleted back on my phone?
Some of my photos are gone when i turned off my icloud. I need my photos back

Sign back into iCloud and download the photos to your device. See the last paragraphs in the "How do I turn off iCloud Photo Library on only one device?" section of:
Get help with your iCloud Photo Library - Apple Support
Then you can sign out of iCloud if you wish.
