Setup multiple devices with single Apple ID

Hi,

We are trying to use single apple ID to setup 75 Apple devices (iPhone and iPads) for enterprise use. As per our understanding by reading on the following link, there’s a limit of 10 devices for each Apple ID.

“You can have ten devices (no more than five of them computers) associated with your Apple ID and iTunes at one time.”

Is there a way to use single Apple ID to setup 75 devices for Enterprise usage? Also, can we setup multiple apple ID with same secondary email?
