My iPhoneX has connectivity issues when other iPhone users right next to me don’t have issues and we’re on the same wireless provider. Is Apple doing anything to help iPhone X users with this?

IPhone X connectivity problems. I have the latest iOS. 11.3.1

You have two routes to investigate your problem.

1. Talk to your cellular network and have them check provisioning on your account and SIM.

2. Contact Apple Support and have your phone checked for hardware defects.


Either or both methods might produce a result, or it could simply be a problem with local radio connections and congestion on the cell tower (no free channels).
