Error code

Hi, my Wifi stopped working so I ran Apple Hardware Test. During the test it made some weird stuff like it completely turned off the fan for a minute.

The final result is this error message: 4sns/1/40000000: TN1D 102.000

What does it mean?

That error code points to a logic board temp sensor. You should back up immediately and take your Mac in for service.

what does error code -1008F mean? It comes up with a failed globe symbol. I have tried all the key shortcuts during startup as well as plugging in an external OS installer but no matter what, it asks to choose a wifi network and enter password. the globe becomes a progress bar (takes from anywhere from 5-6minutes for some options and 30-40minutes with the external installer option) but then eventually fails and comes back to this error code!

How do I fix error -1005F, Globe with a warning sign My Wifi suddenly stopped working I checked everything it was not a hardware issue..I formatted my Mac after it and now it doesn't works after start up just showed error each time tried booting it in every mode did reset everything.
