NFS Formatted WD External HDD cannot be accessed by WD Access ?

My NTFS formatted 4TB WD HDD is showing up , but the folders can't be opened, having .exe (e.g. films.exe for Film folder) extension. so, I went to WD website and downloaded WDAccess_Updater_for_Mac_1.0.4.275. but when I run this to access the files in the HDD its saying My device isn't appearing Please verify that your WD drive and this computer are on the same network and try again.

what is solution to get rid off this thing ? I already have tried other third party softwares (iBoysoft, Mounty, NTFS for Mac). I am using Mac mini Late 2014, High Sierra iOS 10.13
