iCloud Keychain not working

My mac suddently stopped using keychain, and when i checked it out, it had turned it off, and I can't log in again. I know the password, but it's only saying "try turn Keychain on again" but in another language, so i'm not sure it's exactly like this.

I've tried the trick with turning Keychain off on all devices and turn one on first and so on, but it only says the same..

(it does work on my iPhone)

how can I fix this?
