can't find just-purchased item

Is it normal for items that have just been purchased (five to ten minutes ago) not to show up at reportaproblem.apple.com?

I've logged in using the same ID that I used to purchase the item but I don't see it in the list.

I'm running the latest version of iTunes on Windows 8.1
