Snapchat camera isn’t working

my Snapchat camera does this weird thing where it jerks side to side, even if my phone is completely still. It’s donee this for months now, but it’s gotten worse to the point that I cant take videos because theyre too shaky. my instagram does it from time to time too, but the main problem is snapchat. How can I fix this?
