I just bought iPhone 8 plus for 3 days but I didn’t like the color can I change for new color

Return the phone where you purchased the phone. I don't know where it is, since I wasn't there with you to purchase the phone.

Banana store, you didn't buy it from Apple so they won't exchange it.

Call the Banana Store, since you bought the iPhone from them, its their return policy that would be in effect.
