The songs are available in Apple Music, but not to buy. Why is that ?
If they are only available in Apple Music but not in your country's iTunes Store it's because the rights-holder isn't allowing Apple to have them for sale. You could try contacting the record label/rights-holder and ask them to put the in your country's iTunes Store, or are they available on other music purchase download sites that you have access to ?
