I have setup my cellular plan and added my Apple Watch as a device. I have setup all of my notifications. When I am away from my phone, I can receive and make phone calls; however I cannot do anything with text messages or email? I’ve been to my carrier and they said it’s not a problem with service. Has anyone had this issue

And make sure your iPhone iOS software is up to date > Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
