App Store payments

Hi,


Since I have registered with App Store, My bank account has been credited. So, I changed my banking card.


Also, I contacted the support technic. They promised to modify my account without success.


Again, I cannot download the free applications or even up-date my application. For exemple, I cannot up-date Kindle or download Simple Note, or OneNote without asking me my banking data.


I don't know what to do.
