Is there any way via Apple DEP or AirWatch to set a custom message (UserID + contact number) on all of our Corporate iPhone lock screens?

You can create a custom wallpaper and assign it to each device so that when the lock screen pops up that info is on the screen. (free, no fuss workaround)
But that would be the same wallpaper on all phones? I need it to be unique on each device - different UserID and contact number so we can easily identify who owns the phone.
You can let whoever has the device pick the wallpaper and add their own specific info to it. It would be dumb to have the same info on all the phones.
