SSD boot disk deactivated after network power error

There was a sudden network power error and because of that my Mac Mini could not reboot.

I got the so called forbidden sign. I have reboot from macOSrecovery and reinstalled on the other internal HDD the new OS.

But now I want to recover my data from the SSD but in Disk Utility I got the message; "not activated" and when I try to run First Aid "First Aid process has failed. If possible back up the data on this volume. Click Done to continue."

I also do not see the data on the HDD which I used for data. My Mac Mini has 1 SSD and 1 original HDD which are both formatted in APFS.

Who could please help me out?

Mac mini (Late 2012), macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
