Personal budget with income line
The personal spread sheet in numbers does not have a cell for income
for the transactions in the line items to subtract from.
Can you help a brand new numbers user?

Income is just a negative expense. So you could enter your income as negative.
Or you could try this more elaborate template (Dropbox download) that came with an old version of Numbers.
