Windows Migration Assistant

I'm trying to use Windows Migration Assistant to transfer iTunes from my Dell laptop, running Windows 10, to an iMac, running El Capitan, that i recently acquired. Windows Migration says that Windows Mail is running even though I deleted it using PowerShell. I can't seem to get any assistance on the Microsoft website, so I'm trying here. Need help, Please.
