3d touch will not allow me to swipe up to open phone

Help,

Somehow i turned on 3d touch and now I can not use the touch screen on my phone. It just tells me what things are on my screen.. I tried to hard reboot, but when I swipe to close, the phone just says "swipe to close"

Any ideas

iPhone X, iOS 11.3.1

3D touch screen fail Ever since update to iOS 11.3 the touchscreen has lost functionality. There appear to be non working touch pixels randomly throughout the screen that do nothing if a link needs to be clicked or when trying to cut and paste text, and touch pressure has to be constantly reset. Using iPhone 8+ currently running iOS 11.4.1

Check and make sure they're off.

Settings > general > Accessibility >

VoiceOver: OFF

Speech >

Speak Selection: OFF

Speak Screen: OFF
