What is wrong with my phone?

Let me ask you- it sounds like your using an iPhone 6/ or iPhone 6s - or 6plus or 6s Plus? It sounds like it could be related to an iSight issue related to those models. If so, there is a repair program for those eligible devices. But I was curious as to what iPhone model it is you have ?

So you can schedule an appointment by calling Apple Care - they will need the serial number and some of your information and determine if that phone is eligible for repair. They would also be great at providing more information. You can however always schedule an appointment online.
