Step Counting Apple Watch How do I get my Apple Watch 7 to accurately count my steps? I have tried recalibrating with no luck. I have a Fitbit Zip that I know is accurate after having performing many tests. The Apple Watch is inaccurate by 1000-5000 steps, generally on the high side when pushing a lawn mower or shopping cart. I have tried recalibrating 3 times with no success, so please don’t tell me that works. Also, my personal information is up to date.

Apple Watch counting inaccurate steps Hi. My apple watch series 7 is counting steps even while I’m sleeping, or shake my arm a lil bit, while im sitting on the couch. This is really problematic and hinders my movement goal as this gives wrong data. pls tell me what can I do to minimise this issue of wrong steps tracking thing. Thanks.

Inaccurate steps My Apple Watch steps seem to be really inaccurate... I got 500 steps for brushing my hair then yesterday I was sitting talking and the clock turned midnight, about 15 minutes later I’d done 120 steps but hadn’t left my seat. I’ve checked my settings as advised by apple and done loads of 20 min walks outside as apparently that makes it more accurate but still I’m getting steps for nothing! so frustrating when you have a step goal and you have no idea what’s true and what isn’t! does anyone else have this issue? Not sure if my watch is broken or they’re just crazy inaccurate
