Problems starting up Macbook Pro

When I try to start up my MacBook Pro using any key combinations: just power up key, power up and shift, power up with command and 7, I only get two rotating screens, the first one showing how to turn on my phone (as attached) and the second showing the portable keyboard and showing me the power button??? Nothing else. Very strange! Anyone help with what could be the problem? Thanks.

MacBook Pro won’t finish the start up process I have tried every trouble shooting key combination when I turn my Mac on, but it still does not complete the start up process. I can see the Apple logo and the progress bar, it gets half way through the progress bar and then takes me to a dark blue/gray screen with nothing on it and just sits there until I turn it off. The only key combination that has gotten me anywhere is Option D, which tests my hardware…and passes with flying colors. But, I can not get my Mac to turn on! Can someone please be so kind as to help me figure something out quickly? Thank you!
