I hate to hear that you're having trouble with Apple Music, but I'll be happy to help out.

You can use these steps to make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID and that your subscription went through successfully and is active: Manage your Apple Music subscription on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV

If your subscription is showing as active, let us know a little more about the issues you're having with listening to Apple Music. Are you getting any error message?
