iphone 6 keeps asking to enter apple id

I have the iPhone 6 since it came out. Suddenly it keeps asking for my Apple ID. I know the id is correct because I use the same on my iPad. What should I do?

iPhone 6, iOS 11.3.1

After contacting apple support, I ended up having to reset my iPhone and downloaded my last back up through iCloud. This seems to solve the problem.
