Purchased application doesn't show on Reportaproblem site

I purchased an application in App Store, tried to use, but it didn't work correctly.

I went to reportaproblem.apple.com for a refund.

While in my App Store under 'purchases' I have a long list of applications, on reportaproblem under purchases there are only 5 applications. And the last one which I want a refund for, is not there.

Anybody knows the reason please ?

Have you received the emailed receipt for purchasing the app yet? If not, the system may not have caught up with your purchase.
