Not able to restore PC backup from itunes

Dear Team,

Itune is showing backup is corrupted when tried to restore. I am using the Apple iphone 5.

iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.3

Unable to restore my backup from my computer to iPhone 7 with iTunes Dears a couple of days ago, I have backed up my iPhone 7 onto my computer. Then I formatted my iPhone and now when I tried to restore the backup files with iTunes to my iPhone it fails again and again. I have tried much but nothing and worried that I am gonna loose all my information. I don’t have iCloud backup. Thanks pal
