I recently bought iPhone phone but I can’t use my what’s up messenger because turbo vpn ( an app) is not available In the Chinese Apple store so how do I change apple stores
with changing method of payment to a creditcard registered to an address in the other country let you change I believe

If an app is not available on the apps store from your country you cannot download from another country.
Plenty of vpn in the apps store I use Privcy Pro in UK.

You cannot change to U.S. App Store since you are not living it the U.S.
