Apple ID in app store

when I try to download an app in the App Store, it ask me for my Apple ID passeord. I enter the correct password and then it tells me my account has been locked and to unlock it I must reset it. So I reset the password from the email link I receive. Then I go to the AppStore again and put in the new password and the same thing happens again. I have done this over and over now and still not working. Helpppppppppo

Apple ID is locked or disabled


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
