BootCamp not mounting on OSX High Sierra/ Windows 10 pro 1803 update! Help!

I can boot into both Windows and OSX but OSX does not seem to mount my bootcamp partition. I have edited fstab file to enable write to the NTFS drive, and it was working, until now, after the 1803 update of Windows 10, it has stopped mounting the bootcamp. Here are the results of the diskutil

$ diskutil mount disk0s3

$ diskutil mount readOnly disk0s3

console log for $ diskutil mount disk0s3 is

How to mount my windows? Please Help! Thanks.
