Bought dotmac single subscription at 99.xx. No activation key found. Unable to use iweb at all as it looks like I must register. I've tried to figure this out since I bought it on 1/3/2007 and cannot find any answer. I have an email receipt and nothing else. Cannot find phone number to call; email refers me to support webpage which has not resolved this.
Looks like I should have iweb (the application is 742MB if space). Help, please.
If I must also buy that iweb, fine. I just want an answer.
Good catch Brian. I was thinking that iweb wasn't even on the computer and it needed to be purchased. Reading it again, I see that the application appears to already be on the computer. (Of course if it is a new computer, it should be.)
