Linked email in numbers

I am trying to find out if i can have a linked email in numbers that when all people who it is shared with are finished with it that I can get them to email it via a linked email address. Is it possible to send this as I described as a PDF as I would like to keep the information to collate at a later date. This would all be done on iPads.

Not exactly sure what you are asking.

And note that this is a forum for Numbers for Mac, not Numbers for iOS.

Have you tried setting up Collaboration? Would that do what you are trying to do?
