heart rate

I have my heart rate set to alert me when my bpm is over 110 and it does not alert me. I have my iwatch/iphone set properly.

The rate alert should trigger for excessive heart rate WHEN YOU ARE RESTING, not when you are active and your heart is expected to increase to handle the demand for more blood flow.
