Pictures not up loading to cloud
Have set up iCloud about last year.
And pictures would upload to Cloud and then download to a designated PC.
Somehow it is not doing it anymore and do not know how to get it to work again.

I hate to hear that you're having trouble getting your pictures to sync to iCloud like they used to. I'll be happy to help out.
First, make sure that iCloud Photo Library is still toggled to green on your iPhone. You can check this by going to Settings > Photos, and make sure iCloud Photo Library is turned on here. Learn more about iCloud Photo Library here: iCloud Photo Library
If this wasn't toggled on, and you toggle it on, it could take a little bit of time to sync. After some time, go to iCloud Home using a browser on a computer, and let us know if your pictures are displaying here.
