Can't type password to start Macbook Pro 2017.

I opened the lid on my Macbook Pro 13" laptop and tried to type in my password. Nothing happened! My MBP is frozen. I tried several times to no avail. I bought this computer Feb. 25, 2018! Please help...

I didn’t forget my password but whenever I restart the Mac that screen appears and when I enter my code and press enter, it freezes. My macbook in not starting When I start my MacBook Air it asks for password and after entering that the home page appears as it should be but after this the touch pad and key board does not work at all. So as a result I can not use my MacBook at all. So what to do to solve this problem ?

Macbook air Hi, my macbook air is frozen i can move the mouse but cant click on anything. Now i cant type in my password to log in into my mac. I have tried force quit using command opt esc and pressing on my touch id for a few seconds but nothing happens. How can i solve this pleaseee help!
