App for Monitoring App Connections

I need an app for iPad or iPhone that can create a log showing me what apps are accessing the internet from the device, when and what domains.

It should ideally cover all connections, no matter whether a 3rd party app, Safari or a standard Apple app.

It should be able to include apps that are not open or are running in the background.

It should include the OS too, but I'll take what I can get.

Is there anything like this available?
