Iphone 7 mic not working after ios upgrade to 11.3.1

Try to force restart your iP7:

Press and hold both the Power (right side) and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, untill you see the Apple logo. When it appears, release both buttons, wait for your iphone to restart completely, then test it.

I have same issue.

Just after update mic stopped working.

visited apple store. they ask paid replacement.

But if you google " iOS 11.3 mic issue " you will get at least 15 news articles saying that this is one of the problem is created by iOS 11.3 update which breaks the one of hardware component in iphone 7.

And many more complains are arising.

What is next solution apple offers...???

I am having the exact same problem, it has been weeks.

I updated my IOS to 11.4 today, I was hoping that this would fix the problem, but it is still happening! What is the point of having a phone when you cannot hear or receive calls?!

I went to my Lab9 reseller (Official Apple Reseller in Belgium) and they told me this is an issue Apple recognizes and they will give me a new iPhone7 in a couple of days.
They told me this is an well known issue that's irreversible due to the software updates.
