how can i use my phone with out a sim ?
i restarted then now its asking for a sim card

You cannot activate an iPhone without a sim. The sim does not have to be
associated with an active cellular account; however, if the iPhone is locked to a
particular wireless provider, the sim must be from that wireless provider.
Once the iPhone has been activated, you may remove the sim. You will
need the sim whenever the iPhone is restored or the iOS version updated.
