How to create fresh user2 account in mac without having application which are present at user1.

Everytime i am getting the same apps which are present at user1.

What's the solution guys?

Installed apps are available to all users. If you have third party apps that you do not want available to all users you can create an Applications folder within your own Home folder, move them there and then they will not be available to User 2.
