How do I delete the ellipsis in my emoji keyboard?

I understand it shows the multiple emoji I used frequently, but it’s confusing to see a bunch of ellipsis in my keyboard but not knowing what are them

Type up and down arrows on iPad Pro Smart Keyboard Hi, How can I type up and down arrows on an iPad Pro Smart Keyboard or access Emoji & Symbols menu, as on my MacBook, to do so (the Symbols element is missing from the Emoji keyboard on my iPad)? I use both an English (British) and German (Swiss) keyboard layout. I need them to indicate strumming patterns in guitar tabs. I would really prefer not to have to resort to copy and paste all the time. Unless I'm missing something very obvious (a distinct possibility), I can find no way to do it or find any help relating specifically to this problem on this forum and, indeed, online. The emoji and the .?123 buttons swapped location. How to switch them back to the original locations?? Since the most recent update, the on-screen keyboard has the “emoji“ and the “.?123“ buttons swapped. How can I change it them back?
