My apple id is going to get blocked?

So yesterday i received an email from apple,i will leave a screenshot down there.So the idea is that i‘m 14 years old and as i understand i need a parent to activate family sharing then they need to invite me to continue using my apple id because i’m under 16 years old.But my parents got no iphones or any other apple devices.They are using another brand products.So what now? Im going to get blocked? If this will happen i‘m going to move to another type of smartphone.Any ideas please?
