About this Mac says OSX10.9.5; appstore says OSX10.13.4 allready installed... How to solve?

How can I solve this problem; I cannot do the upgrading for my Mac. I get an error massage in Google Chrome that OSX is still 10.9.5.... In App store it says allready installed OSX10.13.4.

Open the installer from the Applications folder or the Dock.
