The back of my apple watch fell off

This is my second apple watch, and the exact same thing happened to the first one. I have never dropped it or abused it. My partner has the watch he had from when I got the first watch, so it must have something to do with my skin. Not sure I want a replacement if this happens a lot. Too bad.
