I'm attempting to set up iCould. At a certain point I'm being asked to select the "Options" button next to iCould drive, however, I don't have an "Options" button next to iCloud Drive, thus can't select "Desktop & Documents" folders. How do I proceed?

I already have iCloud Drive turned on so I cannot test this but it occurs to me that the Options button may not be available until you first turn on iCloud Drive by putting a checkmark in front of it in System Preferences > iCloud.
If you are using OS El Capitan as your profile shows, syncing Document and the Desktop is not an option, which is probably why you don't see the Option button. You need Sierra or higher.
