iCloud recognition issue on iPhone 5S

Hope you are doing well!

I really need your support now, I installed to my iPhone 5s updates on the latest version of iOS, and now could't register my iCloud account to iPhone, pass code and user names are correct. I urgently need my contacts and need to install whats app due to the upcoming birthday of my son! please advice a solution for the issue.
