How can i add another (new) Apple ID?

Add it where ? If you want to create a new account : http://appleid.apple.com
To log into a different account for the stores on your iPad (anything downloaded by your existing account is permanently tied to that account) go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and log out of the existing account (tap on it) and log into the new one
