Restore all data in a downgrade version of High Sierra

I have a problem High Sierra 10.13.4 its not compatible with Display Link USB to VGA connectors so i need to downgrade to High Sierra 10.13.3, my question is If i do a Time Machine backup with High Sierra 10.13.4 (its the first time that i will use Time Machine so i dont have previous backups with the old 10.13.3 version) y will be able to restore all the data when i have installed the downgrade version 10.13.3?

There is a Beta version of DisplayLink available, but it does not yet support Extended Desktop.

When you Install a new MacOS, your Mac will start up in Setup Assistant. You Could create a new Userid, but DON'T.

Instead, connect your Time Machine Backup drive, and import Users, Applications, and Settings:
