hi, i have an iphone 5s that does not access restore as steps above. i keep getting error 4013. please help.

Hi, I have an iPhone 5s (modelA1533) that does not accept the restore from iTunes. When files finish extracting the iPhone restarts and iTunes keeps waiting for iPhone, then a windows indicating error 4013 shows up.

please help to come to a solution.
