Permanently remove app from phone and store

How do I remove an app I have authorized from downloading from the app store?

I am sanitizing my daughter's iphone 6 and want to prevent her from downloading previously authorized apps. She can download any previously authorized app from the app store without having to enter the password (only I have).

Background. We would like to restrict the apps which do not help with doing well in school or socializing inappropriately. For example Snapchat is designed to send dic$ pics and Meetme is a pedophile app. I would like to reset these in the app store so they need the password to download.

Hide the apps from Purchases and she likely won't have access to them.

You realize that many apps can send photos, with or without anatomy. FaceTime, Messages, Mail, etc. And any camera app can take the photos.
